I’ve owned this property since the early 2000s but now ‘cos if work, I need to take a sabbatical and head to the old world for a year or two, so the contract is for a year and closer to the end of the contract we can see if we renew it.

The area of Roma Norte where it is located is at the epicentre of it all, Churros and Docena are within a block, oxxo and mediocre sushi right at the corner, fruit and vege sellers half a block next to the butchers and a few local bars with curb sitting. Supermarket 3 blocks away and the traditional market is 6 blocks away (juarez market)
