Hi, I’m Maria, I’m a visual artist. I am looking for someone who is tidy, silent, who communicates, respectful of the space to share my apartment.

The apartment is close to the Allende metro, Metrobus Blanquita and Palacio de Bellas Artes, downstairs there is a bicycle rental station (ecobici). The apartment is located in the Downtown in a safe and busy area all day.

I need:
– A deposit (one month).
– Minimum time of three months to renew by mutual agreement.
– Passport Photocopy.

– Standing fan
– Table with chair
– Bed set and towels
– Includes use of kitchen
– Cookware
– Bathroom. hot water and dryer
– Laundry room
– Cleaning once a week (common areas)

Note: The room is assembled and decorated. If required, the decoration can be removed.
