The apartment is around 120sq meters. You may use the kitchen, the living room area and do your laundry there, too.

The bedroom has a double bed with a very comfortable mattress, and it also features a SMALL PRIVATE STUDIO with a spacious closet. There are lots of space in the cupboards and closet for you to use. There is also high speed wi-fi throughout the apartment.

Rent comes to $6,900 MXP monthly. Building maintenance fee is included as well as WIFI internet, Gas, water and electricity are also included. Move in with 1st month of rent + a month REFUNDABLE security deposit + official ID + studies
