I rent private rooms in a shared apartment, with a new concept, perfect for coliving and coworking; the idea is that you arrive and forget about everything, you will be able to enjoy a furnished room, have access to the common areas of the apartment such as a fully equipped kitchen, laundry area, two bathrooms , dining room, and the beautiful green areas of the unit where you can go out and relax, exercise or have fun with your friends; the payment of the rent includes everything, and I mean everything, private bedroom, bedding, towel, all services (gas, potable water, wifi, etc), cleaning of common areas twice a week, toilet paper, soap, and maintenance (if something fails, I’ll take care of it).

About the neighbourhood, is very safe area of the city, you can find all kind of restaurants, shopping centers, coffee places, beauty saloons, universities, public transportation, etc, all walking distance or five minutes by car. The residence has its own park, and its sorrounded by green areas.

The rent is only $4900 MXN per month plus a small cooperation for maintenance, common supplies, and the cleaning of the apartment ($500 MXN).
