No Structure may exceed 250 sq ft in first level footprint Nor 4 vertical levels or the height of surrounding trees, whichever is less.
East structure must integrate onsite stone resources into no less than 35% of total construction.
No bathroom facilities are allowed to be developed on any plots with the basic membership level (basic entitlements). Additional process and fee applies for members planning to integrate waste water treatment.
A Common Utility Tower will be constructed for each 12 memberships..The small towers each consist of 4 private entry unites with a toilet/shower vanity, a small shop, and covered screened patio with laundry.
The bath houses will sustain their power consumption with a solar/battery/Inverter system that boast a water well supply to a 1,000 gallon elevated storage, available for delivery to each corresponding membership land use entitlement area.
Ecolux Memberships include the cost of the common restroom laundry area.
An additional Utility tower will be built at each succession of the enrollment of 12 new memberships.
