***The neighborhood is super safe, clean and quiet. The building it quiet too, it has only 11 apartments. I mean not noisy, never ever. The apartment is full of light the whole day and it has a home feeling, and if you fit in it, it will be also your home. This place is not a hostel/hotel. It is a home :))))

The Space:

***I have decided to move to this apartment because it is vintage and it has sunlight the whole day which I love to be honest. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, the living room and dining room in one unique space, kitchen and bathroom.

Access:

*** You will have access to the kitchen and yes in case you would like, you can cook, but then please, please! wash the dishes and leave all as you found it! :)) Also, you can obviously use the dining room, living room, and bathroom.

Things to Note:

***THE ROOM for rent / lease has simple furniture! A cute wardrobe, a desk, a chair, a full size body mirror, and a single bed.. In case you do have your own bed, I could be able to figure it out where to put it but only if you tell me you would like to stay no less than 6 months.

***Only for one person.

***No pets are allowed

***We DO NOT have room to keep a bike in the apartment.

***Utilities are included in the price.

***Cleaning is NOT included

***WIFI included.

***When you move in a DEPOSIT is required which is equivalent to a month.

***NO SMOKERS, NO DRUGS!

The Neighborhood:

***Narvarte is from my point of view one of the safest neighborhoods in Mexico City, at day and night and is just minutes away from Condesa and Roma which are neighborhoods with some interesting appeal, although you have many other things to know here! In Narvarte we have all what we need even a street market on Wednesdays. Shopping centers, Banks, Pharmacies, a Park, Laundry, etc. And all walking distance from the apartment!

Getting around:

***2 blocks from the apartment, we have Etiopia subway station belonging to line 3 which takes you directly to LA ALAMEDA which is a tourist attraction and from it walking distance to the ZOCALO. Also, at the same distance from the apartment we have 2 metrobus station, both with the same name (Etiopia) but belonging to different metrobus lines, 2 and 3. Metrobus is like two buses together that goes on the sureface with fixed stops.
