This beautifully, restored hacienda is a classic example of historical architecture that you can find across Coyoacán. Now the hacienda has several independent studio apartments or suites that have been built with respect to classic colonial design. Some studio apartments or suites within this incredible location are rented nightly via AirBnB. There are posted rules throughout the hacienda regarding quiet hours, etc. as well.

The CHIC suite or studio here has a magnificent private space and incredible view! This fully-furnished studio comes equipped with two full-size beds (one inside the other as kangaroo). There is also an efficiency kitchenette with an electric induction stovetop plus a microwave. There is drying space to wash and dry dishware. The unit comes complete with several items for cooking and eating well. Additionally, the studio has a mini-fridge, TV, fast wifi internet, black-out curtain, a hairdryer, ironing board, a coffee maker. The studio’s bathroom has a shower, instant hot/cold water, and great water pressure. The bathroom washbasin has a cabinet with an overhead mirror. The common space within the studio includes a foldaway table for eating/working, a closet with some shelves.

Inside the hacienda, there are several open areas that are shared, communal spaces (like a hotel), including the lap pool – swimming canal, two roof gardens, a gym, and several outdoor covered seating spaces. There is a washing machine and dryer that you can use 2 times a week. On the ground floor, cook anything you like in a large kitchen with a gas grill, gas oven, microwave, refrigerator, some cooking utensils, etc. There is a co-working space as well as a living room with a TV with national programming. Here you can also connect to Netflix, YouTube, etc.

Around the block, you will find convenience stores, pizza, beer, coffee, ice cream, church, a traditional food market, beauty salons, theatres, restaurants etc. The metro/subway that connects to the historic center is only 3 blocks away and is a direct connection. You can visit Bellas Artes, the Zócalo or the Palacio Nacional within 15 minutes (I recommend this experience.) If you prefer only walking or short trips, you can quickly visit the center of Coyoacan, which is full of history and art.
