The location is very good: right next to an Ecobici stand, 5-7 minute walk from Cuauhtemoc Metro and Metrobus stations, 5-7 minute walk to/from Reforma Avenue, and a 10-15 minute walk from Alvaro Obregon Avenue, which is the central street for bars and restaurants in Roma Norte. There’s a supermarket literally next door to the building and a tradional Mexican market justo two blocks away. All in all, it’s a safe neighbourhood with access to all major attractions in the city.

The apartment is around 70sq meters. It’s in a recently constructed building with 24/7 surveillance / security. The flat is on 5th floor —.-there’s an elevator—-, fully equipped Gym and a roofgarden. You can use the kitchen, the living room area and do your laundry there, too.
